Our institute had been developed STS Online portal to support green environment movement for daily routine activities of student section. ☞ It is informed to all the students of the institute to collect their Marksheet (Grade Sheet) / Provisional Degree Certificate from their department within six months (6 Months) from the date of declaration of the result. If you do not collect the Marksheet (Grade Sheet) / Provisional Degree Certificate during this time, then the full responsibility of that student will be. And you have to apply (Duplicate) Marksheet from the Student Portal of GTU.
☞ Make sure that your Enrollment Number and Mobile Number is correct.
☞ Verify your personal details before making payment transaction.
☞ After payment transaction PDF file is generated as your fee receipt.
☞ Please note your Reference Number generated for any correspondence.
☞ Take print out of that PDF, keep it with you and submit when required.

☞ Rules for student eligibility for institute transfer are as per guidelines provided by Commissionerate of Technical Education, Education Department, Government of Gujarat [ Student Transfer Rules]
☞ Student has to apply for transfer during 1st August to 15th September. The application will be dispatched from institute on 16th September. Student has to strictly follow given deadlines as per norms [ CTE norms]
